World Tyre Forecast Service

LMC’s World Tyre Forecast Service provides the most complete data and comprehensive analysis available on the changing patterns of production, demand and international trade in tyres.

It delivers long-term forecasts of supply and demand volumes for the global tyre industry, covering more than 60 markets across 13 regions. Volumes are split across three vehicle categories: passenger car (PC), light commercial vehicle (LCV, GVW < 6t) and truck & bus (MHCV, GVW > 6t).

For each vehicle category, we present 5-year forecasts alongside historical volumes for the following variables: vehicle parc (population), new vehicle sales, vehicle production, tyre sales (OE & Replacement), tyre production & capacity and tyre trade.
